As your home inspector, in association with the National Association of Home Inspectors, I will conduct a comprehensive investigative inspection based on current home building codes and practices. The walk through and inspection report provides the client with a thorough understanding of the condition of the subject building, identifying problems with corrective and appropriate advice.
Identifying subtle defects before you sign a contract can translate into a reduced selling price or repair of uncovered defects at the sellers cost. There is a limit to what any inspector can uncover because of the visual investigation and non-intrusive nature of the inspection. However, the depth of my building trades knowledge and experience will reduce your risk and enhance your confidence with your decision making.
It is important to accompany the home inspector during the home inspection because there is a unique opportunity to learn more about the home and it will help familiarize you with its various features and conditions.
