Home and Building Inspection - Burlington, Vermont

As a building general contractor, home builder, building inspector and a lifelong resident of Chittenden County, I have the hands on building experience of residential and commercial projects that most home inspectors don’t. Having built more than 20 new homes, numerous commercial projects and serving as a building inspector for the Federal Government in Burlington, gives me a unique understanding and thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical and of building systems.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in the maintenance, repair and or replacement of electrical and mechanical systems, supply/waste piping, sprinkler fire protection systems, security and fire alarm systems, HVAC, Energy Management systems, boilers, emergency generators, automatic-transfer switches, lighting and all trades work. In addition, I have many years of construction project management/supervision and crew supervision experience on new construction and renovations.
